USDA Commodities

Government commodities are distributed monthly at seventeen distribution sites in Cowlitz & Wahkiakum Counties.

Call CAP at 360-425-3430 ext 283 or 1-800-383-2101 for income guidelines and documentation required to obtain a punch card and for dates and times of distribution sites.

How to Obtain a Help Warehouse Food Card

A punch card is required to receive foods distributed through Help Warehouse.

HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD
Bring the following:

  • A current utility bill with address & ID
  • Rent receipt with current address & ID must show the same address as bill

OTHER ADULTS IN HOUSEHOLD
(18 years or older)

  • ID with the same address as head of household

ACCEPTABLE ID INCLUDE

  • Drivers License
  • Checkbook
  • Medical Coupons
  • Voter Registration Card

PROOF OF CHILDREN (under 18)

  • Birth Certificate
  • Medical Coupons
  • Report Card
